עברית

Our active communal life is based on Torah observance, Jewish culture and our dedication to educating the Kibbutz children and youth in the path of our heritage. The religious atmosphere of Migdal Oz is enhanced by a local Torah Collage for young women who have completed high school and Sherut Leumi (national service) and Army service .

We are now confronting serious threats to our way of life.

The current security situation in Israel bring us face to face with unprecedented challenges every day. Real danger stalks the roads we travel; each trip taken is filled with hesitation and concern for the safety of our families. Yet, we are determined to provide are youngsters with the security and quality of life that are right of every child. We are committed to raising them as proud, devoted Jews in Eretz Israel.

We have resolved to strengthen our Kibbutz - and ourselves.

Migdal Oz is embarking upon three projects aimed at helping our community weather this difficult time. We aim to strengthen our security by repairing the patrol road along our fence and instituting a closed circuit TV monitoring system. All this in order to increase our and our children's safety. We intend to build a fully equipped playground and sport field where our children and youth can spend their leisure time locally, in play, exercise and activity. And we intend to expend our synagogue, the heart of our communal life, to accommodate our growing population.

But we cannot do it alone.

With your help, we will stay strong.
