- Observing Torah commandments and Torah study
- Nurturing religious activity with focus on the community’s spiritual nurturing
- Conducted according to Jewish values in all areas of life: honest business practices * embracing commandments based on the land of Israel * encompassing Torah guidelines for relationships with the employed, the convert, and the stranger * orienting the intermediary days of festivals to their Torah-accorded role * incorporating mutual assistance and charitable practices

Working – togetherness, Zionism, responsibility, livelihood
- Operating full business system for all kibbutz industries – agricultural, light industry, service industries
- Actualizing and educating the younger generation to the principle of  All work is worthy of respect
- Responsibility towards producing income as a community and as individuals, and economically promoting the community and its industries, including creating workplaces in the Etzion Bloc * working constantly expanding land allocations * advancing a leading industrial plant
- Reinforcing agriculture as a means of connecting with the land and holding a dominant place in the kibbutz lifestyle

Cooperation – authentic sharing in community and economy
- Joint ownership and operation of all property * means of production * areas of agriculture, business and services
- Full mutuality in education, health and social security
- Honest sharing of accrued profits from businesses and members’ employment via pooled sharing.  The community’s finance management is handled by joint decisions in accordance with community needs.
- No linkage between contribution and remuneration * member budgets allocated by uniform criteria
- Quality of life at the long term s social and financial security * minimizing the importance of money, status and prestige as central to life * preserving similar modest quality of life * reducing competitiveness s quality interpersonal relationships

- Equality for all members
- Prioritizing education
- Diverse cultural and social activities
- Democratically run community
- Community atmosphere and norms of conduct based on mutual giving and assistance, simplicity and lack of ostentation
- Maintaining the pastoral ambiance 

Contributing to State and people – the kibbutz as pioneer
- Perceiving the kibbutz as a pioneering framework committed to national missions such as “First Home in Your Homeland” absorbing the 1990s wave of Russian immigration *  conversion academy * annual summer camps for handicapped children’s organization ILAN and for the women & children's shelter Bat Melech.
